Q: How should I buy the product?
A: Only PayPal payment is accepted for the time being, and other payment methods will be opened one after another.Sorry for the inconvenience.

Q: How to pay with PayPal?
A: Fill in the same email address as your PayPal when placing the order. After placing the order, you will receive a PayPal bill by email. Payment means the purchase is successful. Note: Your shipping address needs to be the same as your billing address.

QDo the knives come sharp or dull?
A: All knives are sent sharp unless otherwise specified. 

Shipping

QWhere does the order ship from?
A: We have warehouses in China and the United States, according to the actual storage situation of the warehouse to choose the delivery place.

 

Q: How long will my order be shipped?
A:The order will be sent out within 1-7 working days. Weekends or holidays will be postponed.

 
QWhich shipping method is used and how long can it be delivered?

A: USPS and DHL are mainly used in the United States, usually delivered within 10-20 working days; in the European Union (EU), UPS, DHL Packet, etc. are mainly used, and usually delivered within 12-25 working days.

QIs my personal information safe?

A: We do not share customer information with any 3rd parties. The only information we use is your email address and shipping address to ship your order and contact you if necessary. Payment information is never stored on our website.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. When you receive the goods within 14 days, the goods are defective or quality problems, please contact us, and provide your order id, we will offer returns or refund or free replacement to you. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
