Austria M390 high carbon molybdenum vanadium tungsten steel core, both sides are covered by German DIN1.4116 stainless steel.
M390 powder steel has high carbon content, unprecedented hardness and excellent durability, about 61 Rockwell hardness.
HANDLE
It's made from FDA-approved black canvas-micarta, an odorless, very durable material made of resin and linen that will last for decades.
The end of the full tang handle is stainless steel and is held in place by three pins, which gives the knife excellent stability.
