5" Utility Knife is the perfect knife to bridge the gap between a chef’s knife and paring knife. Often, a chef’s knife is simply too big and cumbersome for select slicing tasks, whereas a paring knife with its limited length is too short. The utility knife shape is the perfect in-between to get all your medium-sized tasks done.
Blonde series knives are made of German 1.4116 steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to sharpen. With golden colored wood handle, it feels comfortable, moisture-proof and durable.
