DESCRIPTION

Seikoknives' steak knives elevate your dining experience and will undoubtedly impress your guests. This knife is serrated for sharpness and longevity. As a result, our steak knives slice through the meat effortlessly. Not only is the result a more enjoyable experience, but the gravy is also more juicy thanks to more of the gravy capillaries remaining intact.

Each steak knife is proudly forged from 67 layers of steel. The blade is made of VG10 core steel with a Rockwell hardness of 60-61 HRC - harder and sharper than other steak knives. A unique mineral composition with a high carbon content gives the knife extreme durability, strength and sharpness. In the final step of production, the steak knives are carefully polished and lightly ground by hand on a wet grindstone.

The smooth black barrel is made from G10 composite for extreme strength, durability and ergonomics. All knives are made with meticulous precision from the toughest and strongest materials in the world.
