8-Inch Carving Knife, Damascus Steel, G10, DV1106

8" Carving knife have a straight edge and G10 handle, perfect for cutting turkey dinners, hams, deli meats. The full Tang handle is fixed with three rivets.

The blade is constructed of 66-layer Damascus stainless steel with a VG10 high carbon steel core. These knives have very sharp edges, excellent edge retention and a light center balance. Each knife is hand-sharpened to ensure maximum sharpness, right out of the box.
