The 7" Santoku Knife is a chef's knife designed for vegetables, meat and fish. The versatile 7" blade has maneuverability that promotes excellent blade control and is also great for chopping herbs and vegetables small job. Featuring a gorgeous Damascus composite stainless steel blade around the vg10 cutting core, it provides maximum cutting performance, strength, corrosion resistance and of course a razor-sharp 16° edge. The rivet-reinforced wooden handle is lightweight, comfortable and secure.
