Classic 8.5-Inch Kiritsuke Knife, Damascus Steel, G10, CK1101

This beautiful mirror-finished version of Damascus is constructed from 66 layers of Damascus stainless steel with a VG10 high carbon steel core. These knives have a seriously sharp edge, excellent edge hold and a light center-balanced feel. Each knife is hand sharpened to ensure maximum sharpness, right out of the box.

Finished with a riveted G10 composite handle for ultimate comfort and durability, with traditional mosaic pins and end caps. The smooth connection between the handle and the bolster helps prevent calluses from forming on the thumb and index finger.
