With its fine edge, this traditional style utility knife is one of the most frequently used knives in the kitchen and a favorite for prepping, peeling and slicing.
The knives are handcrafted for beauty, function and exceptional performance. Each blade features a Japanese VG10 core surrounded by 33 layers of Damascus steel to create a beautiful layered Damascus pattern. The traditional D-shaped handle is made of ABS for a comfortable and balanced feel. Secured by a mosaic pin with red spacers and metal end caps.
