DESCRIPTION

Cut pastries, cakes, and crusty baguettes with the Classic Black 8-Inch Bread Knife. The scalloped serrations of this knife allow you to easily and cleanly cut through foods that are tough on the outside but soft on the inside, minimizing mess or compression.

The blade is constructed of 66-layer Damascus stainless steel with a VG10 high carbon steel core. These knives have very sharp edges, excellent edge retention and a light center balance. Each knife is hand-sharpened to ensure maximum sharpness, right out of the box.
