DESCRIPTION

Chinese meat cutter is a unique and widely used tool. For those trained Chinese chefs, these huge blades are their chefs' knives, which can perform almost all conceivable kitchen tasks. Their technology and habits allow them to use these accurately and gracefully, which is rare in Western kitchens.

They come in a variety of blade thicknesses, from razors for cutting garlic to wedges for cutting and chopping meat. Many chefs grind different parts of the knife for different purposes so that they can do anything with a large blade.

Double-bevel Blade -- The edge is hand polished to approximately 15° per side. Whether you are a left-hander or a right-hander, you can easily use it. Double-bevel blade is easy for sharpening.
