DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
This is an ideal set of boning knives for meat cutting that can be used for most tasks. Three blade width options for fine and thick cuts. The pointed tip easily pierces the meat, while the curved edge allows for smooth, clean cuts near and around bones. The wide blade allows for cutting large cuts of meat such as beef or pork. The curved and sharp blade provides a better working angle when cutting near and around bones and makes smaller and thinner slices easier and more uniform.
This series of M390 boning knives are produced using self-developed forging welding and heat treatment technology, which makes the M390 have super toughness, edge retention and corrosion resistance, with a Rockwell hardness of about 61 and a blade of 8 degrees. Successfully let the knife use M390 only on the edge and German DIN1.4116 steel on the blade without sacrificing the performance of M390 and the life of the knife. If you use Seiko Knives' M390 knives correctly, you can use them for a lifetime.
**The 8-degree blade edge is mirror-polished by hand that with ultra long-lasting endurance.
**Handle: With an ergonomic ABS handle that is non-slip even when wet, this exceptional knife is well balanced for easy handling and comfort.
**Blade Surface: Unique slightly convex blade, makes cuts smoother, requiring less energy and higher toughness.
