This standard full tang style Japanese chef's knife is a reliable, all-rounder knife, perfect for almost every kitchen task. with a Sandvik steel and rosewood scales. Sandvik steel has excellent hardness combined with good edge retention toughness, hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for knives.
